What do we eat whilst at the station? Most of the food is supplied in dehydrated form as part of the Mars simulation. It's amazing what you can find in the big tins in the supply cupboard! Today, as the weather was once again cloudy, the crew Astronomer became the crew Chef and put together some flat bread to go with today's lunchtime meal..
